Japanese noodle soup is perfect for rainy weeks

Autumn is over us. And yes, in Denmark, the weather is most reminiscent of mixed shirts. Autumn is a time that offers beautiful autumn colors and unique ingredients like mushrooms, which are best in autumn.

Autumn is also time for little more heavy and hot dishes that whine on a cold rainy day. Reason if not taking a very long time, but that is healthy, nutritious and fits a busy day.

Japanese noodle soup is a right to enjoy the year round in Japan. In Denmark it is a dish that many people prefer to eat in the slightly colder months.

On 24 September 2017 the course will be held “Japanese noodle soup for beginners”. Come and join it is definitely not going to be boring.

Zoë has held sushi courses and cooking classes for A. P. Moller – Maersk, Hugo Boss Nordic, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Velux, Gorrissen Federspiel, Beierholm revision, Elbek & Vejrup and many more.
