As sushi chef I would like to make a difference for some of these children. I have planned one mini sushi course, which was held in cooperation with the Red Cross 12 December 2015.
The class had room for eight children age 10-14 years and the course last for 1½ hour. The sushi course was held in the Red Cross facility in Herlev in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The idea behind the course is to give the children a welcome break and have fun while making tasty sushi which they could take home and enjoy with their family.
