What kind of sushi does Japanese prefer to eat?

In Japan, you have a slightly different approach to fish. Most Japanese infants grow up with fish. They learn to eat fish in many different ways such as raw, cooked, grilled, salted, fried and marinated.

When Japanese children have reached adulthood their taste buds have become accustomed to the many different flavors and shades that fish have to offer. It also affects their choice of sushi.

The type of sushi that Japanese prefer to eat is nigiri. It is very normal to eat 10-15 pieces of nigiri with different kinds of fish during a meal of sushi. The meal itself ends with a small dessert.
