How do things stand in the kitchen in private homes I do not know?
Today, more and more people eat sushi several times a week which is great because they get plenty of healthy fish oil.
There is also more and more showing interest in how to make sushi. The handling of fish, meat, vegetables are equally important and an important part of being able to cook.
Besides sushi the attendee learn about hygiene in relation to the fish and ingredients used for sushi. They also learn about the principles behind the handling fish, which is a must when working with raw fish.
It is an indispensable knowledge that they can benefit from when they make food.
