When I lived in LA in 2006 where I was trained to become a sushi chef I ate a mango every single day. They taste amazing in California they have sweet and unique aromas, which characterize mangoes grown in tropical climate.
I’m not yet able to find mangoes that taste just as well in Denmark until I spotted these great mangos on Vesterbro in Copenhagen.
Just like sushi it tastes best when using fresh produce in season.
