Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you change your mind about a service, gift card, webshop product, or digital product within 14 days, please contact us at info@sakana.dk. We will give you a full refund.
If you change your mind about a book purchase within 14 days, please contact us at info@sakana.dk.
If you return the goods, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
The item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. The original packaging must also be intact and undamaged.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing delivery. In this case, we will refund the amount to your account, less DKK 41 for handling and shipping.
Course Cancellations
You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the course.
From 7 days before the course date, your booking is binding.
If you cancel after this point, the course cannot be rescheduled. This applies regardless of the reason or timing of the cancellation.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our webshop are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Delivery
Books are delivered by DAO.
The usual delivery time is 2–4 business days.
If an item is out of stock, delivery may take longer. If we cannot deliver within 10 days, we will contact you.
For book orders, we charge a fixed shipping and handling fee of DKK 41.
For book orders shipped abroad within Europe, we charge a fixed shipping and handling fee of DKK 65.
Books can be purchased using VISA, Mastercard, and Dankort.
Digital products are usually delivered within a few minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Digital products are delivered by email. They can be purchased using VISA, Mastercard, and Dankort.
There are no payment fees.
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We always do our best to pack your order safely.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, we will refund the item and send you a replacement.
Sakana will cover your return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@sakana.dk before returning the package.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions, the price shown on the product page is automatically charged for each subscription period.
A receipt will be sent to you by email.
After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link that you must click to confirm your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@sakana.dk.
The cancellation takes effect immediately. After cancellation, no further invoices or charges will be made.
Any invoices already issued must still be paid.
If you need to update your card details, please contact us at info@sakana.dk. You will then need to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one.
Rights
All rights to books and digital products belong to Sakana.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a licence to use it according to the terms stated on the relevant product page.
