Some have tasted the tender Wagyu meat called Kobe beef. Wagyu means Japanese beef. In Japan, there are 3 different breeds all bred to be the coveted to Wagyu meat.
There is a difference in quality of the meat from the three breeds. 2 of breeds which are not known outside Japan it has of finer quality than kobe meat.
