European buns baking course
Denmark is very famous for freshly baked bread, buns and pastry.
Learn to make tasty scones, tea buns with raisins and whole grain buns whicht has the same solid consistency and taste as authentic buns baked in Denmark. Buns of high quality and can be served year round.
Buns is not just buns.
In Denmark, the range of bread, buns and baguette is as big as the selection of soy sauce in a Japanese supermarket. Danish bread is made of different kinds of flour which gives bread and different tastes and shades.
Making the perfect authentic bun can be complex. It can be explained in a simple way where I step-by-step guides you to making tasty European buns.
What do you learn at the course?
You get an introduction to Danish bread and buns and what makes Danish pastries a delicacy.
You learn about the 3 most popular flour, wheat flour, whole grain flour and rye flour.
You learn to handle various steps for baking 3 different tasty buns.
You work with Danish ingredients that give the unique flavors and flavors that characterize scones, tea buns and whole grain buns.
You work with different baking techniques in the making of delicious buns.
You learn step-by-step to make scones, tea buns with raisins and whole grain buns.
What are you getting?
2,5 hour of teaching and ½ hour of tasting the food.
You learn to make 3 different buns – 5 scones, 3 tea buns with raisins and 3 whole grain buns.
You may taste the freshly baked buns on the course. You are also welcome to bring all 3 different buns home to enjoy.
You will of course be given the recipes.
About the instructor
The course is held by the Japanese trained Sushi chef & sake sommelier Zoë Escher.
On this course you will also strengthen your English skills while learning how to make tasty Danish buns.
About the class
There are small exclusive teams with max. 13 attendants.
The class is not bigger than that there is time for Zoë to give personal feedback.

How to pay?
