Do you know the Japanese take on sushi?

It is very different from what is served in Denmark.
Japan’s interpretation of sushi is that it is food that is very simple in its expression. They use only a few ingredients used to put together sushi. The main focus is on cooking techniques. In Japan, it is very normal to use 20-40 years to be able to master different cooking techniques.

In addition, the Japanese also spend a lot of time emphasizing the qualities of the raw materials by using different cutting and hand techniques. Hand techniques that enhance the taste of sushi.
